    Previous engagements have been from 3 months up to 18 months. It will depend on your specific needs rather than a one size fits all approach. In my experience, due to the nature and complexity of the topics, this can vary quite a lot which is why I would initially work with you to establish a realistic timeframe that supports you in the best way.


    As hands on, or off, as you need me to be. For most cases though, this means that I am embedded as part of your People Team, working hands-on, representing them at senior leadership team meetings and leading the day-to-day agenda. In other instances, I work in an advisory role where you can block book regular times where we can meet and talk through specific topics. 


    Absolutely. If you need expertise on a specific topic (audit of existing team operating systems, creation of company values, hiring process, new joiner onboarding, people manager training etc) then we can also discuss options which work best. 


    Yes. I will work with you to establish which is the best model to provide the best value for you. This can be on an hourly rate, a day rate or fixed amount depending on your budget and needs.
