    It depends on what you need. A Diagnostic is 2-3 weeks. A Build project is 2-4 months. An Embed partnership is typically 6-12 months. This is what we would figure out together in a first call.


    For most engagements, I'm embedded as part of your People team - working hands-on, representing them at leadership meetings, and leading the day-to-day agenda. For others, I work in an advisory role where we meet regularly to work through specific topics. It depends on what you need, not what's easiest for me.


    Maybe not yet. Most companies at your stage need the systems and foundations built before they need a full-time hire to run them. I help you build what's needed now so that when you do hire, they're walking into something that works and not starting from scratch.


    We check in regularly. If the engagement isn't delivering, we adjust or I step back. I'd rather end early than stay for the sake of it. You'll always know where you stand.


    I use AI to work more effectively and deliver better output. Where it makes sense, I build lightweight tools your team can use between our sessions. But the expertise, the coaching, and the judgement is where I apply the human touch that AI can't offer.
