    In my experience, due to the nature and complexity of the topics, this can vary quite a lot which is why I would initially work with you to establish a realistic timeframe that supports you in the best way. One off projects can last 3 months, embedded VP of People could be 12 months. I'm more interested in the impact that I can have for your team than the duration.  


    For most engagements, I'm embedded as part of your People team - working hands-on, representing them at leadership meetings, and leading the day-to-day agenda. For others, I work in an advisory role where we meet regularly to work through specific topics. It depends on what you need, not what's easiest for me.


    Maybe not yet. Most companies at your stage need the systems and foundations built before they need a full-time hire to run them. I help you build what's needed now so that when you do hire, they're walking into something that works and not starting from scratch.


    We check in regularly. If the engagement isn't delivering, we adjust or I step back. I'd rather end early than stay for the sake of it. You'll always know where you stand.


    Yes. Hourly, day rate, or a fixed project fee depending on what makes sense. I'll work with you to find the right model for your budget and the scope of work.
