I'm Chris. A Berlin based Fractional Head of People. 

I've helped 10+ teams across Germany and Europe build their People foundations, including at SoundCloud, N26, and Upvest. You'll benefit from 15 years of knowing what breaks and when.

I'm calm when it gets messy, I'll push back when it matters, and I'll move you to a decision when you're stuck. If you want someone who nods along I'm not the right fit. 

I stay for as long as you need me. When the work's done, I hand it over - and your team's in a stronger position than when I arrived.
